The Vietnam Club Lounge on Level 15 is an exclusive area of 112sqm with 30 seats

Food and Beverage
The Celadon Café (level 1) is located outdoor/indoor and has an integrated bakery
for take-away sales. The Celadon is a fashionable café where you can enjoy snacks,
bakery products, ice cream, fruit juices, soft drinks and café specialities.
The Rendezvous Lounge (Level 1, 90 seats) is set in a public area and has a classic
oriental interior design. The cozy venue provides a relaxing atmosphere where you
can sip your favourite cocktail, have a tea or coffee or just a snack. Served by selected
lounge waitresses wearing the traditional Ao Dai, guests will find the lounge ideal to
meet before/in between/after a banquet function. High tea is served from 4 pm to 6
pm. Piano music is performed from 6 pm to 10 pm. The Lounge is open from 10 am
to midnight.
The Brasserie (Level 1, 200 seats) is full service dining restaurant serving food &
beverages from 6 am to 12 midnight. With an elegant terrace overlooking the pool
and landscaped gardens is the hotel’s signature restaurant and a la carte food is
prepared in the main kitchen and speciality food show kitchens with integrated show
buffet counters for food display. Typical show kitchens features a wood-fired pizza
oven or tandoor oven or noodle soup station or meat roasting or desert finishing, etc.
The Brasserie also has an attractive service bar dominated by an old-fashioned
espresso coffee machine and a pretty wine display.
Pool Side Café (Level 1, 60 seats) is a typical diner providing popular food, light meals
and a colorful array of cocktails and drinks throughout the day. Open daily from 8 am
to 7 pm.
The Vietnam Club (Level 10-17) is a lifestyle oriented hotel luxury hotel part which
has no match in Vietnam. Occupying floors 10 to 15 is 68 suites and rooms which are
larger in size and more luxury appointed compared rooms on floors on 4 to 9. There
is a Vietnam Club Suite on floor 14 surrounded by rooms which can be made use of
by the entourage of a VIP guest. The Lounge, the Bar, The Restaurant are all on floor
16 and the Salons for private dining are on floor 17. From the reception area
displaying beverages and cakes, guests enter the restaurant having on one side
maximum view and on the other side restaurant facing open kitchen sections
specialized in different kinds of cuisine.
In Room Dining offers food and beverages 24 hours a day, including special pizza
and noodle soup delivery service. A Floor Restaurant for every three floors provides
snack products, beverages and ice cubes.
The Entertainment Centre (Level 2, 200 seats) is an all inclusive multi entertainment
center separated by partitions and elevations.
There is a Music Lounge with private rooms, a Discotheque, Karaoke, Pool Room,
Pizza&Pasta, Sushi bar and a Retail Shop selling memorabilia. The entertainment center
is open from 6pm to 2am. The Pool Room opens already at 11am.

The Gaming Center (Level 3, 400sqm) is a 24 hours operation.
Banquet and meeting facilities include a ballroom, a foyer, a terrace and a break-out
room totaling 921sqm of space.
The Grand Salon (Level 1, 448sqm) is pillarless, making it the perfect venue for
seminars, conferences and high-level trade presentations. All cocktail parties are
served by waiters wearing white gloves. The Grand Salon can be divided with sound
proof partitions into two parts.
The Salons 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 are designed along the line of private clubs, they provide
a relaxing business retreat and are the ideal venue for business luncheons and private
dinner parties.
Located adjacent to the Celadon Hotel. It’s a 4-floor building including 1
underground floor for parking. Floor 2 is the double height exhibition hall also
featuring a stage, projection rooms, sound and visual equipment. There is a foyer in
front of the exhibition hall which can be included in the exhibition area if and when
required.
Escalators, lifts and staircases lead to floor 3 divided into two meeting rooms for 400
conference/200 sit-down dinner setting. The partition can be folded to make fully use
of the room if required. There is a convention cafe used for convention breaks,
cocktail receptions, and also by visitors of the Museum located on floor 4.
The Museum is a commercial outlet created to provide a crash course into the
culture and history of Hue. It is a Madam Tussaud (Hong Kong) type exhibition area
featuring original artifacts provided by the culture department of Hue, life-size statues
dresses in historical costumes, audio visual teaching programs of culture provided in
an auditorium at scheduled show times. There is a retail area to sell copied artifacts
and plenty of photo opportunities. The spirit of the Museum spills over into the
convention café on floor 3 where art exhibitions are staged regularly.
Outdoor Pool is located on level 1 and staffed by lifeguards all are trained by the
Royal Live Savings Society of Australia. The poolside area also provides a venue for
various outdoor activities.
The Sun Deck features cushioned chaise lounges, armchairs and ottomans with
reversible cushions, round tables and sun umbrellas.

The Imperial City was home to 13 emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty. The Royal
Citadel, constructed in 1805, is equalled only by the spectacular Forbidden City in
Beijing. The charm of this timeless city lies not only in its historical and architectural
value, but also the natural beauty of its location on the banks of the Perfume River.
The Royal Court Music of Hue is also recognized by UNESCO as an intangible
World Cultural Heritage.
Hoi An Ancient Silk Road Port – a UNESCO World Heritage Site:
Established in the 15th century, the ancient town of Hoi An was once one of the
most important trading ports in Southeast Asia and an important centre of East–West
cultural exchange. Its ancient past is superbly preserved in fascinating temples,
pagodas, shop houses and homes which make up the town’s old quarter. Hoi An is
140km south of Hue.
My Son Holy Valley - A UNESCO World Heritage Site:
My Son Valley was the spiritual centre of the ancient Cham civilisation, a religious
sanctuary since the 4th century, its history is reflected in the temples and towers that
remain. My Son Valley is 180km south of Hue.
Phong Nha Caves - A UNESCO World Heritage Site:
Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, a giant mountain reserve which stretches to the
border of Laos, is renowned for the spectacular Phong Nha Caves - buried within
Vietnam’s largest primeval jungle. Phong Nha’s grottos and passages extend for 44.5
kilometres into a limestone mountain. Discovered in 1935, the underground system
was opened to tourists four years ago, with stalactite and stalagmite-adorned abysses
romantically named ‘Roads to Hell’ and ‘Roads to Heaven’. Phong Nha-Ke Bang
National Park is 100 km north of Hue.
